Using snippets in your content

Feelbettr now ships with a range of snippets (shortcodes) to easily render dynamic and complex content in your pages.

Content snippets are a way to use tags to add items such as title, image, speakers, event maps etc into your content by using a simple code int he page. When the page is loaded the website automatically translates these snippets into the desired text or functionality.



Available Snippets

  • {%title%} - Displays the title of your event or page
  • {%author%} - Displays the author of the event or page
  • {%image%} - Displays the image for the event or page
  • {%publish_date_m_d_y%} - Publish date for page or event in US format
  • {%publish_date_d_m_y%} - Publish date for page or event in European format
  • {%time_since_published%} - Time since published for event or page eg 6 days since published
  • {%event_start_date%} - Start date for event
  • {%event_end_date%} - End date for event
  • {%event_start_time%} - Start time for event
  • {%event_end_time%} - End time for event
  • {%speakers%} - Speakers assigned to event
  • {%featured-speakers%} - Featured speakers assigned to event
  • {%event_contacts%} - List of contacts with links to display email in a list for the event
  • {%location%} - Location of event displayed as a map
  • {%location_text%} - Text of the location assigned to an event
  • {%location_instructions%} - Text of instructions assigned to an event
  • {%map%} - The map of the address assigned for the main team account
  • {%about%} - The about text for the main team account
  • {%qualifications%} - The qualifications for the main team account
  • {%cancellation_policy%} - The cancellation policy assigned for the main team account
